Empire Dent & Body

If you’re looking for a body shop that still believes in treating people the right way, we can’t recommend Mike at Empire Dent & Body enough. From start to finish, Mike’s communication was outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and never left us wondering what was going on with our vehicle. In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, Mike stands out. What impressed us most was how he treated us as people, not just another customer or dollar sign. He genuinely cared about making sure we understood our options and were comfortable with the work being done. That level of honesty, professionalism, and respect is hard to find these days. The quality of the work was excellent, but it’s Mike’s integrity and customer-first approach that really set Empire Dent & Body apart. If you want great work from someone who values people as much as the vehicles they work on, this is the place to go. Thank you, Mike, for making what could have been a stressful experience a positive one. We highly recommend Empire Dent & Body to anyone needing quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

I had a scratch repaired on my car at Empire Dent and Body, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The price was very reasonable, the work was completed exactly when promised, and my car looked like new when I picked it up. Gabriel, my service advisor, was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Gabriel and the entire team at Empire Dent and Body for their outstanding service and quality workmanship.

Shout out to Mike Granados over at Empire. I don't like taking my 27-year-old Honda Prelude anywhere to get work done. I'm overly meticulous, and I can't stand carelessness when it comes to others working on that car. Wouldn't you know, a contractor working on my house damaged the Prelude. After seeing reviews, I took it to Empire with a small (large to me) amount of damage to the rear bumper cover. Right away, Mike complimented me on the car, showing he's a knowledgeable Honda lover himself. I didn't receive any BS, just a quick but thorough explanation of the work needed and the estimate. He also took note of a minor misaligned front fender issue and offered to fix that as well as part of the deal. The price was right as well. I took it in, and it was ready to go in less than a week. Looks perfect. It was even washed and incredibly clean when I picked it up. I wish this kind of service was more common. You can't go wrong with this place. I will be back for sure with any bodywork I need. Thanks again.

Empire Dent and Body is an incredible shop! After getting pummeled with hail over memorial day weekend, they were able to repair my vehicle and make it look like nothing ever happened. Throughout the process Gabe was very informative and let me know what was going on throughout. There were a couple of minor scratches as a result of the PDR, but the shop made it right and got them all cleaned up. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the shop, quality of the work, and most importantly the customer service. I would take my vehicle here over any other shop between El Paso and Alamogordo, NM! Seriously, thank you for helping me get through this as painlessly as possible!

As a customer I felt completely heard and all my questions were answered. I’m very happy and content with the service that was provided for my vehicle. It was not much damage but as a person that works very hard to have what I have and take care of my vehicles, I was very impressed with the work Empire did. Will definitely come back to this place as I trust that my vehicles will be in good hands. Frank and Mari are on top of their stuff, they communicate everything and very promptly too. Love the timely customer service, call backs and responses. Keep up the great work Empire.
